Ambassador Graeme Clark and the Consul General of Canada in Monterrey, Sandra Shaddick, signed an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Pledge, which all members of the Mexico Network will be invited to sign. It includes cascading commitments for senior managers, managers and all employees and addresses the way our network projects outwards in Mexico, as well as our internal operations and systems, with a specific focus on human resources.
This commitment is a major initiative of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, which was created in July 2020 to promote and increase these values in our workspaces through concrete actions.
Step by step, we hope to continue advancing and promoting positive changes in our network in Mexico.
