Mexico City, June 23, 2022 – On the occasion of the 44th Mexico City LGBTTTIQ+ Pride March, we, the undersigned, reaffirm the commitment of our representations to the promotion and protection of the rights of LGBTTTIQ+ people both in Mexico and around the world.

This Saturday, June 25, we will participate together with our families and colleagues to show our support and solidarity with the LGBTTTIQ+ community, promote inclusion and diversity in the Mexican capital and the rest of the country, and contribute to raise awareness about the fact that all people are treated with respect and dignity and as valued members of our society, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity.

Our participation will coincide with World Day for Sexual Diversity, which represents an opportunity to vindicate the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transvestite, transsexual, intersex and queer people. This commemoration allows to reflect and make visible the diversity of sexual orientations, identities and gender expressions, respecting the right to exercise their autonomy and develop their personality, always under a dignified treatment and free of any form of discrimination.

LGBTTTIQ+ rights are human rights and nowhere in the world should discrimination or violence against this community be allowed, for a diversity free of hate, violence and machismo!
